Living in North Queensland, far from the larger cities like Melbourne (over 2,500 km away), Sydney (around 2,000 km away), and Brisbane (about 1,300 km away), our community understands the importance of staying connected locally.

That’s why our gatherings—whether cultural festivals, traditional celebrations, social meet-ups, or educational workshops—play such an important role. They give us a chance to celebrate our heritage, strengthen friendships, and build a supportive network close to home.
